
Christophe Lemmens
Christophe Lemmens is a partner attorney specializing in health law, with a particular focus on patient rights, medical liability, and healthcare governance. He obtained his doctorate in law from the University of Antwerp with an award-winning thesis on advance directives regarding end-of-life decisions. In addition to his practice as an attorney, he is a guest professor at the University of Antwerp, where he teaches health law. Christophe is the author of numerous scientific publications, regularly gives lectures both nationally and internationally, and is a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Health Law / Revue de Droit de la Santé. Furthermore, he is an active member of the Federal Control and Evaluation Commission on Euthanasia.
